Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Streamline Servers has deeply polarized reviews, with the majority praising fast support and reliable hosting but a vocal minority reporting serious performance and service failures.
The strong positives center on responsive customer support and reasonable pricing. Users consistently highlight quick ticket response times (often within minutes to hours), helpful staff who go beyond basic troubleshooting, and stable server performance for games like ARK, Arma 3, DayZ, and CS:GO. Praise for the control panel's usability and diverse game library appears across multiple reviews. Many customers report long-term loyalty built on these strengths.
The negatives, however, are significant. Several users report setup delays or missing deliveries despite "instant setup" claims, with some receiving no confirmation or support response for over 24 hours. Others describe performance issues under load—CPU spikes, lag, crashes, and unexpected downtime—with support sometimes blaming customers or providing slow responses (24–48 hours or longer). A smaller set of users encountered technical limitations: DLL file uploads blocked, outdated mod support, and unexplained data deletions. One customer reported being charged but receiving no server.
Response quality appears inconsistent. While many praise specific support staff by name, others report unhelpful replies and lack of 24/7 coverage. The company seems stronger for smaller deployments and established games with active mod communities, but weaker for high-concurrency scenarios and niche titles.

I ordered the server and got no email or any confirmation. My account reflected nothing, however in my bank statements it came out and I have no server. Still waiting on a response and it has been over a day!

“This is my first review here but I thought it…”
This is my first review here but I thought it was important to take the time and actually write one this time. So here goes... I was a customer back in 2017, never had a single issue back then also forgot to leave a review at that time. Fast-forward to late 2019 and I'm back again. I originally in 2017 came from a competitor who charges about double. They are one of the more well-known game server sites. Nothing special about them and canceled with them since I felt I wasn't really getting what I was paying for. I only rent private, password-protected servers for my wife and me to play, so it was too much for how little we wanted. I found out about Streamline from an Aussie buddy of mine who swore by them. The control panel looked A LOT better right off the bat and they supported arkremote which was at the time new to me but coming from playing locally I wanted an easy way to manage my server. I used the service for a while and aside from a few technical issues here and there, I found the support was very, very good and the service just worked. Don't assume my glowing review that everything is perfect 100% of the time. Every server has it's flaws and ARK being ARK, crashes every so often. I can show through emails over the years from 5 different places I've tried renting gaming servers from. I've always been left feeling a bit disappointed. Nothing bad to say about everyone's customer service but the offering was bland. I'd highly recommend and I'm a rather picky person when it comes to who I give money to. In my personal opinion, it's worth trying Streamline if you want a reliable server along with what I still like, the game panel. I'm not great with reviews, but they do deserve to have one put up.

I ordered an ark server from this company in the UK, my friends often play there so i chose closest to most of my friends. However when i had problems or my friends, support was very slow, it took 3 days to get a reply to a simple question which then dragged out to a week! They do not offer 24/7 support!!

I had a 3 server cluster, I let one of the servers expire because I didn't want 3 servers anymore, they deleted everything from all 3 of my servers because "I" didn't ask for them to be un-clustered. Just an absolute joke of a host, i've gone with Citadel Servers and no problems at all, support actually ANSWERS my questions

“Not the best hosting experience. Not the worst... I am…”
Not the best hosting experience. Not the worst... I am currently trying them for a 25 slot Ark server and I am about 3 and half weeks in. So far it has been very hit and miss. The control panel on their site is very well laid out and easy to use (even for a novice like myself) and each time I have contacted customer support I have received a reasonably fast response. The downside is they advertise a "20" slot server but the base CPU allocation they give you goes over 100% and there is a bit of rubber banding after about 5 to 6 players join and start playing. It doesn't force you to upgrade the extra $20 of CPU priority to "real time" but if you want a seamless experience for your players it becomes necessary. Not sure why it would advertise default 20 players on the base CPU allocation if it struggles after 5.... Also the other problem is I am not even 1 month into the server and it has gone down unexpectedly 3 times now. All 3 times the "status" page on their website was showing servers as fully operational. Even though these problems get fixed within 24 hours, it is very frustrating when you are trying to build a player base on a server and it keeps going down.... When you add this to all the smaller unavoidable down times such as mod updates and steam updates etc etc, the server would be quite frustrating for a new potential player to persist with.
