bought one of there servers even though it was on of the most expensive ones out there because i thought i would of had a better experience, i had to wait atleast 24-48 hours per ticket and even when i got a reply they did not know what they were doing... they had an issue when the servers went down for 2 days and nothing was told or putout there in a proper manner i had to go digging and find out myself... my ark servers have randomly been reset and i still have had no answer definitely one of the WORST experiences i have had and recommend everyone to stay as far away as you can from this company :)

Great for Arma 3 hosting, but as others have mentioned, they do not support .dll files being uploaded. However, some popular mods such as Ace3 require .dll files. They have built-in Mod Manager where you can choose to install these mods without any issues. If the mod you want to install requires .dll and they don't have it, you have to request support and send them a .zip of the entire mod so they can put it on your server. Support is very fast and polite, I got a reply within 10 minutes of creating my ticket. 5/5
