Had an issue with the automatic installation of an ark server but after I put in a support ticket, about 3 hours later I got a senior technician who fixed it and I can't argue with that service at all. Thanks Nicholas from support! I would use these guys for other servers just based on my experiences with their support team.

“I have only been with them for 4 weeks but…”
I have only been with them for 4 weeks but have found the service is very poor. The server constantly lags and disconnects players and there are frequent unpredictable roll backs often as far back as the last save. Streamline have tried to blame everything from mods to custom settings on the server. There are no mods on the server and only a few of the settings have been increased to 5x. Dino spawn rates have not been adjusted. This happens when ever there are more than 5 players on the server, CPU usage spikes to 150% at times. I would only recommend Streamline if you are going to have fewer than 5 players on at a time and if you want a server with no mods, no custom settings or anything else. Apparently more than 5 players and any sort of player XP and harvest rates increases will cause performance issues. Today the server crashed AGAIN - I couldn't log into the control panel for around 10 minutes because of some sort of bug and now everything appears to have been reset and wiped. Complete waste of money - I could get better performance and reliability out of my laptop.

We currently host our CSGO servers on Streamlines overclocked/watercooled dedicated servers and all I can say is the performance is amazing for the amount you pay. The DDoS Protection that is supplied for the servers is also very good. We've been attacked many times in the past and Streamlines DDoS Protection has always stopped the attacks. Would highly recommend them for community servers.

The Team at Streamline have been exceptional to deal with and are always friendly, know their product, and are quick to act in response to issues. I've had the SS-Large Dedicated Server now for 12 months, had one or two technical issues that were not related to Streamline's Network or Core, but Streamline still provided Technical Advice and Start to Finish Support.
