My company has used Summit Hosting (formerly INSYNQ) for over five years to host our QuickBooks products. Although I work within Quickbooks, I'm also the on-site IT. I can truly say that Summit Hosting is one of the very few companies I don't hate to have to contact. Most companies take days to respond, and only escalate you to an actual engineer until you've relayed your issue several times. Summit's support escalates problems, almost immediately. Within an hour or less I'm already speaking with an engineer. Minutes later, the problem is usually resolved. I wish all of our IT vendors operated with the same support system as Summit Hosting. Truly a great company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
