No problems with swissns.ch so far. Very nice host. Before I had actual hosting with them, I was hosted on a friend's account, and it was nice. There was some problems due to the mistakes made by me while setting up my web sites, but they were minor, and their support techs fixed them quickly.

I can say that I'm glad to deal with Swissns and their hosting services. Their control panels are easy to use and intuitive as well as hosting account and billing interface. I am very satisfied with this service and will recommend it to anyone. I have an issue in one small area Technical Support almost impossible to get them on the phone and the live chat service is really a hit or miss you never really know when they will be available.

First of all, my websites don't sell anything online and don't get huge numbers of visitors, but if I relied on my site for my income, I would think about investing in a local server for piece of mind. For my purposes, showing (my own) video and music clips, Swissns shared hosting has been well priced and pretty reliable.
