"Great PSA / MSP for the small to medium MSP" What do you like best? I like that Syncro allows unlimited client installs and you are only billed for addons like antivirus on top of your per user bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? The part that bothers me the most is there are request for feature updates / fixes that are made, but they never happen. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't expect it to be the greatest RMM out there with tons of reports with all the bells and whistles, but it is decent, always moving forward, and going in the right direction. "Syncro works great for my small business" What do you like best? I really like that it's pretty much a glorified version of RepairShopr. I used to use that platform, but decided I wanted to offer my customers a little more. It's affordable and I really like how the invoicing is integrated with the MSP side of things. I like that I can message a customer and say, "hey, I noticed that ____. Do you need assistance?" And then turn that into a sale.
