It is also vital to be able to attach documents to send to students/families which we didn't have in our old system. I love that you could use this for payments as well, though we will likely not use that function for our purposes. It's wonderful you can change the layout of the screen to meet your needs. Their data migration tool made for an easy transition of our Zipwhip data (HUGE). After we purchased their support/training was also great. I would highly recommend this software.
