Started in 1986, The Construction Link is the first company to create estimating software for heavy construction companies. Our estimating system was initially created by The Construction Link's president and owner, Lance R. Ward, for his use in estimating and bidding construction jobs. Since then we have remained a powerful force in the heavy construction estimating market and have been leaders in providing innovative new tools to help our customers win more bids and increase profit.
