We spent a long time searching for a hosting provider and we chose VeloxServ based on their pricing (and generous monthly bandwidth allowance), their high-spec infrastructure and the reports we saw about their levels of customer service. We have been delighted with the service - setup was painless and efficient and any support requests have been dealt with straight away (even requests for "hands-on" work). One of things which most impressed me was that the guys were willing to do things like assist with the configuration of our firewalls (if we got stuck) and it wasn't even their equipment or responsibility. So overall, excellent customer service and highly recommended.

Anyone who knows me will know that I can be at the best of times very fussy and impatient. When I had enough of another companies poor technical support, I canned them, and remembering I had spoken to the team in the past, I decided to give VeloxServ a go, and I have not regretted it. From a technical point of view, the server is great, its responsive, and there are no latency issues at all so far. From a personal point of view, its nice to be able to talk to like-minded people who have the same understanding and passion for Linux as me, unlike the kind of support I received from others. I use the server mainly as a playground for my impulsive coding projects, but also host a few sites too for friends and family, and they have all been impressed with the improvement in performance. It would take a lot for me even to consider moving away from VeloxServ, and I look forward to many years of happy hosting with them! :)
