this company is a total scam they stole my money and never delivered the service they promised. they had me waist 4 days writing and they never did nothing if you are looking for a servers and hosting save yourself the time and money and find another provider cause this is one big scam! the worst experience I've ever with a server provider. wish i had check their reviews before i ordered hopefully this will help other from falling into the same trap i was caught in. when i check google map for this company is is located and greece and the building looks like some sort of back alley basement. please dont use these scamer you have been warned

Stay away from them they claim to offer a hybrid machine with decent specs, I paid for it and it was a much lower GHz VPS machine. Customer service is slower than a snail, waiting more than 18 hours for customer support to write back, and I am still waiting for a refund after issuing a PayPal dispute. I don't suggest to go with them I have ordered a server of 48 GB RAM server, They are selling as Name Hybrid server (Not dedicated server) and they are providing VMware based virtual machine. and getting down again and again so today I have a request for a refund.

The support is very poor. After purchasing a dedicated server from Viasky, they sent me the wrong details and it took several days to send me them right. After using the server, I forgot to logout from my Google account, and somone enter in the server from the viasky team and they drained my Skrill account using e-gift cards. Stay away from them.
