We ordered a dedicated server but instead we got a virtual machine. After many problems, like the machine getting stuck, and really slow, we decided to cancel the service. One month after, they charged us anyway, and now they refuse to refund us the money. We have all the documents proving we did cancel the service, but they don't seem to care.

I asked on livechat if it is possible to get an BGP session for announcing our subnets, The answer on this was "Yes BGP sessions are possible on all our dedicated servers." After i ordered the server i created an ticket for the BGP session and the answer i got was that it was not possible.
