Their VPS was not performing to the standard specifications of the hardware. Benchmark tests showed that it was well below 50% of Benchmark tests. Upon hearing this, they moved me to another server. This took a total of 4 service tickets and dozens of live chat sessions. I had asked for refund long ago but was constantly ignored. Also, I never received that second server. Stay away.
