As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. You can make your own backups too and retrieve a file which you've accidently overwritten or deleted from the directory. I LOVE IT! Speed is quite good. Web Host Pro is reliable one.
