I was with an agency for one year and spent over 40K with ad budget included with little to nothing to show for it, not even a plan. When I signed up with Why Unified I had a feeling I was going to get burned again but nope, they were opposite. Sure, every marketing company wants to make money but it only happens when the business they're servicing is making money too. They drew up a detailed plan, showed me what our marketing would look like and did it every month. DO NOT SPEND LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY WITH AN AGENCY LIKE I DID IN THE PAST! YOU WILL BE BURNED!

Wow! I am happy to be writing a POSITIVE review for once after so many bad apples in the digital marketing community. Why Unified helped our roofing company establish a really reputable image and our investment has started to pay for itself.

Why Unified manages our website, social media and has eliminated the need in having our sales reps to follow-up constantly with our potential customers which has really stirred up business. Many of our other partners have kicked us to the curb in these times. The response Why Unified has had in times of crisis in the globe has been exceptional along with all of the assistance that they have offered. With having to resort in closing our doors for store locations, Sam has given us direction in what to do to keep revenue flowing after coming to a near halt by expanding online and repairing our cash flows in different ways.

They quickly created our online store and had it up in less than a week and tied all of the other marketing we were doing with them to the online store and transitioned all of our in store customers to our website.

It's not what it used to be but I can tell you that we are open for business in comparison to many other stores that don't have the same reality. It's been a big but valuable learning lesson.

We've had about three companies in the past 10 years and UNIFIED Trumps them all.

They have done more in 1 month than the other two companies did in 10 years. I could never get a hold of anyone at the other companies. It would take weeks to change even one word on our website or to add content..

When I go to with any requests and questions is prompt, responsive and patient I speak with him pretty much everyday and he gets back to me immediately.

FINALLY FOUND A MARKETING COMPANY WHO CARES FOR MY COMPANY LIKE A HUMAN AND DOESNT TREAT US LIKE ANOTHER NUMBER WAITING IN LINE!!!

When we started we did not know what to expect or really what we were looking for but we knew that we needed more customers or we would have to close down. It was our first time working with a marketing company and it was hard finding something similar to what they offered because all of the other companies either just sell the software or just do the services and were really expensive. I am exceptionally happy with Why Unified.

We created everything for our marketing with them and then found out that we would need to re-do everything and re-brand but we were really tight with cash flow at the time and were worried.

Curtis went beyond our expectations to have everything redone for a really small fee which otherwise would have cost us the original cost. Not to mention, is always quick to respond and knows all of the right things to help a business. I would use them again and again because they have won my loyalty.

The service has been good until this point..... I am on a month to month agreement and certain things in my plan recently changed which removed phone support from the features we have and we have to upgrade to have phone support again or sign an agreement for a few months so our plan features don't change. This is not cool. Now I can only talk to my account manager over email.

I am a existing customer of yours and I have been happy with everything that you have done with our digital marketing over the last eight months but I am not happy with the recent changes that were made to our plan.

I have always had Amy as our account manager but your plans recently changed making us upgrade to have access to her over the phone at anytime. I know we have a month to month contract but knowing that we have been a client of a company for almost a year I would assume that we are grandfathered in.

I used them to manage my social media marketing for the last six months and I would rate them as good/okay.

One of the reasons I can't rate them as excellent is because I did have to pay for phone support in order to talk to someone which might have speed things up for me.

Otherwise, their social media marketing is top notch. They created an exceptionally stunning grid for our social media post which truley reflected who we are. The posts that they created had a lot of thought and planning put into it.

It took some time for followers to start finding our page. We opted out of not doing ads beause we did not have the money to spend. So over the last 6 months we gained about 2,800 real followers and about 15% of them turned into customers which worked out well.

Other than the phone support, this company is great and it is worth the money I spent over the last six months.

Onboarding with Why Unified was simple and straight forward. They asked questions about my business through a in-depth questionnaire.



Thereafter, they began creating my marketing plan. I really didn’t know what to expect with the marketing plan since it took about seven days to create, but it turned out that they laid out the entire campaign for us with that marketing plan with all of the nessecary materials which means that we were all good to go for the month.



The monthly pricing isn’t too bad since they include everything we needed for our marketing campaigns including software, so we didn’t have to spend more money anywhere else and cross-connect software and all of that good stuff.



The customer service of their marketing team is good and their response times aren't too bad. They don't include phone support with their base plan but we upgraded to Plus for a month which gave us a dedicated account manager to work with since we needed to get really really specific with some materials and wanted to save time.



From my experience, they're a good company. They created a great website for us that's starting to pay for itself about three months later and we are getting steady traffic from search engine optimization which might take a little more time than we expected.



I have explored all of the options out there from large digital marketing companies to small local shops and I choose these guys because everything is included and integrated together and their pricing is much more competitive even than smaller shops.

I've had a really good experience with this company and I thought I would chime in because of the negative reviews because I had a similar experience in the start.

I read through some of the reviews in this thread and I'm not quite sure that my experience can relate at this point, but what I can say is that I had similar performance issues in the start until our account manager reassured us that their marketing is not an overnight solution to a problem that hasen't been look at in years. At that time, we just had our website through Wix for the last serveral years.


A little more than six months later and we're going great and we have no complaints. I think that business owners (like myself) want everything to happen overnight but as I've found, it just doesn't happen like that in the digital world with how much competition there is.


Knowing that I've worked with many other "gurus" in the past, I was burned by this concept but I am happy that I decided to stay with Why Unified and test the waters out with an actual company and good concept.


Folks, nothing happens overnight. I find that their monthly pricing is really good in comparison to what other marketing companies charge so if your willing to wait it out, you might not have to switch to different gurus every month like I did.


My company used the search engine optimization services that they offer and until that started to kick in we did paid ads on facebook which turned out great. It took search engine optimization about four months to show any results of us climbing up in the rankings but paid ads did keep our revenue flowing just not as favorably.


I am now starting with their social media marketing services and so far their plan looks promising.


Either way, great company, great customer service, great marketing from an overall satisfied customer.

Great experience with this company.

We were seeking a digital marketing agency to help us expand into the European market and create a marketing strategy that will allow us to penetrate our product line against our competitors.

Unified understood how to target this market, approach them and convert them which really required hands-on experience in the past because this market significantly differs from the US market. We had our consultation through here and they broke down how they would use multiple marketing elements to generate, nurture and convert our audience in this specialized market.

All of their materials in their report incorporated essential conversion elements and were beyond what we expected.

What we found the most interesting that no other marketing company did in the past was that they focused on creating different variations of out product which describes the value differently to various prospect personas and it has already been showing results with the paid campaign that we were running previously by utilizing just the examples in their report that they provided.

I would highly recommend this company as they are experienced in various markets, professional and not your average "freelancer" who treats their profession based on how they wake up. Great work! Thank you again!

Our funnels were created and managed by Unified and we are happy with the results. One of the pluses is that we were able to create a true funnel with one company since they offer multiple channels of marketing and we no longer have to split things up through like five companies.

Our antique restoration shop has been working with Unified for the last several years and we have had beyond an exceptional experience with their marketing efforts, their energetic team and the ROI they have impacted with our company.



We reached out to Unified during very hard times in our business. We were struggling to acquire prospects on a national level that were highly qualified and willing to spend $100K on an antique vehicle restoration.



Unified took an approach in creating a marketing plan that had the requirements that were needed to appear in search results for different states. It involved using search engines, social media, creating our website and managing every other marketing item for us from A-Z. While we were in dire need for quick results, Unified assured us that it would take time, but that it would produce results without incident in a few months.



Nearly after a few months, we started receiving calls from qualified prospects for our antique restoration services, following a year later, we have a backlog of 10 antique restorations for the next two years which we are unable to fulfil at this time but as a result of the trust Unified has built for our business, the prospects only want to work with us even if they have to wait.

I'm the owner of a roofing company in Cleveland, and we were having a hard time trying to attract traffic to our social media platforms and to our website, I never thought about hiring a marketing company, but I realized that our website wasn't functional or attractive for clients in comparison to our competitors in the roofing industry.

Last year I broke down and started looking for a marketing company and spent so much time searching online because there are so many places to choose from, and I started receiving their overviews and contacting them, but at the end I picked Unified because they offered me the most reasonable price and a complete service. I wanted to be very straight forward since the beginning so I talked to Mike and told him I wanted a great looking website and wanted to be on the first page of top results on google, he was not surprised and he took me seriously.

We are thankful for everything that Unified has done for us.

We are in a very specialized niche and require a marketing team that understands how to target our core customers with a marketing plan that can and actually will be executed after the mishaps we had with our previous marketing company.


They took the approach to listen to us, take our input and they created an actionable report that allowed us to understand how every aspect of our marketing strategy would be performed to reach our goals, which were primarily to accomplish search engine rankings for high competition keywords.


While we did have to wait quite some time and felt uneasy in the begenning, their work all round was detailed, descriptive and personalized and we could not be happier with their marketing team and how they work with us one on one.


After we approved our report, they began creating all of the deliverables defined in their plan (which I am happy they do up front because my previous company would drag along creating materials week by week and miss deadlines every time).


We started seeing results with our search engine rankings after two months going into three which is beyond what we expected knowing how competitive they were. Overall, this is the best agency that I have ever worked with and we could not be more grateful that we found a company that actually delivers what they outline as we have received far more than what we bargained for since they manage all aspects of our marketing which brings our brand to life. We paid others what we pay Unified just to manage our SEO!

They are a decent company and much better than working with freelancers or agencies that are stuck in the 2005 with billable hours. Our small business does get a lot for the money but here are the pros and cons from my experience.



CONS:

- We don't get too much detailed insight for the tasks that are behind performed. We only get groups of tasks on a weekly basis. They don't want to give out their 'secret formula' or the way they do things.

- To get questions answered it can take 1-2 days by my account manager or I have to pre-schedule a meeting.




PROS:

- Launch was really quick for our services. Didn't take too long after creating the marketing plan.

- Everything is in one place, I don't need to hire multiple people, manage them, make sure everything is going towards our branding, deal with them being in 'the hospital' and so forth.

- Their marketing services are mapped out and planned out and seem to work well so far. Its still too early to tell but it seems like it would with everything that is in place.

- They cover the cost of retargeting to a certain limit which is cool.

- Reporting is in real-time through a dashboard. This is also good.

- They have their own software for everything.


OVERALL:

As a small business owner with limited budget I will continue to use them because there's no comparable service that can really compete with them. I guess they are in a really new market and one of the first once since I can't find anyone that does all in one marketing for a low monthly cost.

Cool company to work with! We are suprised that we get all of this for a low monthly subscription plus working with our own point of contact who is friendly, attentive and professional.

I hired them to do our social media marketing and the posts that they do for us are spectaular. I had tried a lot of other social media companies and found their posts to be generic in comparison to what these guys do for us. We constantly get new followers from social media and it appears to be doing really well. I am happy with the service.

Hiring you guys was the best decision I made in my company and I feel like I have save a lot of money along the way by not having so many people do different work like I used too. I have switched a few account managers along the way based on who I like working with based on their personality towards my business but it has turned our great and the managers have worked with me to find Tristan who is just great in working with my business.

Peter and his team worked on our project religiously, even at times when the deadlines where out of sight. We came to Unified after another local agency took us for a ride with almost everything we had by promising results time after time and having nothing to show for it. So when we came to Unified, we have a very limited budget and very limited time otherwise our project would have been shutdown. Peter worked quickly to have a strategy put together that would bring us up to speed, creating all of the assets behind the campaigns and even stayed late to ensure that everything that came through to us was without error. We are having issues with the food delivery app which we have reported but no one has gotten back to us about. When a customer places an order and they select their pick-up location, it does not show the locations closest to them and they naturally pick the first option. This has been causing a lot of issues with our orders across our restaurants. You need to have this fixed urgently. I've opened bug requests, tickets and called but you guys don't offer support through the phone for the platform..

I'm having an okay experience with you guys only because I think there could have been more improvement communication with two account managers, it would have made things a whole lot easier if I just had one because I would tell one something and the other might not have been fully aware or needed to get caught up on notes. I know that I'm in a specalized industry and that Jessica is more experienced in this niche but just let her be my primary contact. I have nothing against Mark, he is great but too many cooks in the kitchen is never good. I tried calling my account manager to provide the information that was requested but I am unable to get ahold of him. I know it's a Sunday night, but in marketing the clock never stops. I guess this is one of the downfalls of being open until 5 PM. I will wait it out but I can tell you that I am pretty frustrated since I did have a few questions that I won't be able to get too until tommorow afternoon since Monday's are busy. I would highly consider improving in this aspect or providing direct numbers to cell phones of account managers so that we can reach them at anytime in the day or night.

They laid out expectations clearly and managed all of the digital marketing for our niche medical company. Communication with their staff is consistent and we are up to date on all of our marketing campaigns. I had some trouble reaching them after hours but the account manager went above and beyond with making sure that he spoke with me when I was available. Social media posts are specific to our industry and we have seen our following grow quickly on LinkedIn. Search engines and other aspects of our campaign are taking longer than expected but we are seeing it roll through. We spent a lot of time with other marketing companies and we can vouch that they're the most qualified and credible since its hard to find a big company that can still personalize to our business.

Thrilled to be working with these pros but my goodness did we have trouble with our requests not being received when we sent it through their online platform which can really use improvement or an alternative option when it's undergoing maintenance. Things went smooth after these issues were resolved and they have turned our brand from a traditional online store to each product having a unique landing page and funnel that sells the value behind our products. We never believed that we could do so much with our products and the traditional layout of e commerce product pages were holding us back. After my previous developer ended up being a complete disaster, taking a lot of money from me and leaving me nothing but more trouble I was so disappointed by the marketing industry that I didn’t want to know anything about development, website and stuff. Madhur ruined my site, disappeared and left it incomplete and malfunctioning. After leaving many bad reviews about him all over the internet and letting all my friends know about this terrible experience finally, I saw the light and I’ll tell you why.

Fortunately, my friend Rosita that has a wedding planning company found a marketing team that was actually giving her the results that she wanted, she explained to me that they also offer web development services and since I needed to fix my website ASAP, she thought It would be a good idea to hire Unified to work on my website. I was very skeptical, when you go through such a difficult situation like the one with Madhur you become paranoiac. She said that she had been working with them for a year and everything was going fine.

Unfortunately, they didn’t offer one service at the time so you have to get the complete package, but for that price I was not going to find anything like it, they included social media, website design and development and SEO optimization for a price that was even closer to the amount I paid to Madhur for only one service where I didn’t get anything. So, signed up with them, I have to mention they were really professional since the beginning they always answered all my questions (that were a lot) before signing up. They assigned me an account manager to keep me updated, they design a strategy for my company focusing on my website primarily, they presented a design for my new website which I approved after suggesting a few small changes and it took a few days for my site to be ready and functional, I felt so relieved they resulted to be my saviors, and I’m so happy that they didn’t let me down like Madhur did, so this is my way to show them my gratitude towards all the effort they put in my site, and I highly recommend their work.

Unified has been our marketing company for 2 years now. We wanted to have a website and integrate all the digital marketing tools into it to make it successful but didn't have any idea how to do it. I found the people from unified to be dedicated, responsible and incredibly competent. They acknowledged my best interests and they always had that in mind to make sure their focus was not just Unified in fact. They wanted our company to succeed and they have been always available whenever me or the rest of our team have any questions. They have a special group of editors who have supported me on creating the content for both my website and blog, and they also have taught me how to edit it. They have helped on building my brand and stablishing more value to my name over my competitors to become the best Therapist of the city. I appreciate that they always have time for me given that I like to know every step that we ‘are taking when it comes to the implementation of my marketing strategy and I always have a lot of questions.

We've worked with this company for more than a year now. They've done a great job at generating sales for our eCommerce store through their marketing programs.

Based on our experience, it took about three months for the initial sales FROM THEIR marketing programs to start showing because we were doing other offline advertising too. We are still quite sure it had a positive influence before their markeitng kicked in since they managed social media, emails and SEO.

One of the key parts for us that helped us a lot was their website program for eCommerce where they developed landing pages for our products which sold the features and specs of the products which performed much better than traditional product pages.

Overall - good experience, we will be staying with them.

Highly recommend it!

I want to recommend Unified Marketing to anyone who has a business and want to attract more clients and improved their sales rates. I own a small business and never thought about doing digital marketing, we didn’t even have a business Facebook account, but our competitors were leaving us behind because they had more clients than us due to they do all kind of marketing and that’s why we decided to enter into the marketing world.

I thought that these guys were shady because their sales team is exceptional in not only selling the product but also having the knowledge and experience to back it so it felt like it was to good to be true. What pushed me over the edge with trying them was their report which was refundable if declined. It’s a bit too early for us to say anything about results, but I can say that their level of service from sales has also extended to the marketing team. Sorry for misjudging.

Other than receiving an error message constantly when trying to access our marketing dashboard late at night which has been a strain for us – if your looking for digital marketing services for your small business, stop searching because other marketing agencies don’t even market your business correctly. Do a bit of research on each marketing product they bring together into Unified Marketing and you will see that what they are saying is all true even though it may be technical. Take my word for it, I spent almost nine months stuck in a contract with a mediocre marketing agency that took me for a ride saying that they were doing search engine optimization but weren’t even doing content marketing when it was a mandatory requirement to rank in search engines. Beyond standard support, great communication and a talented marketing team.

I have worked with many marketing companies in the past and it has been nothing but a painful process of finding a marketing company that performs all-in-one marketing. Unified is literally the only marketing agency on the market that performs genuine marketing with all marketing methods in sync. If you don’t know much about marketing, do the research to understand why or else you will go through failed marketing campaigns and thousands of dollars spent with zero return like I did.

You guys built a stellar product with outstanding features. I’m not quite sure how other applications out there are adapting to a free product that does 10X what their does and I’m a big fan. While I’m giving feedback, I just wanted to shed light on #59483 as it’s a bug that’s been a big hassle for me and I just want to make sure it doesn’t hit the back-burner because I know several other users have mentioned it too.

Unified FTW! Unified Workplace has helped our business grow in many different ways. We have every single application under the moon that pushes us forward and we feel like we’re running a Fortune500 company when we used Workplace. I mean, where can you find an online phone system cross-connected with your appointment scheduler that tells you while your talking to a client that they have not booked their next appointment or have an unpaid invoice! It’s reclaiming potentially lost revenue! Love your company, customer service and the overall essence of what you are doing when new updates arrive!

We came from a marketing company that only suggested giving discounts to entice customers to walk through the door and our business was already in a hole which this marketing company was digging even deeper. When we explored other alternatives, Unified came up as one of them and the core reason why we registered with them is because they did not support giving discounts to get more customers but to build value for our services which in turn actually resulted in us raising our prices rather than lowering them. Don’t fall prey to other marketing companies which force you to do things that will get you customers, but will dig you into an eternal hole of not being profitable.

Pros: The best part of Unified, at least for me, is that they do everything for you and working with our account executive has been beyond expectations as she has walked me through each step while helping me understand the marketing process and why certain things happen the way that they do. It took about a week to have our “Unified Marketing Report” presented to us which gave us an in-depth look into the plan for every marketing segment. We approved and after a week, they created a stunning website which gives our business a unique angle in the marketing, created personalized social media posts, created articles that boosted our image which helped us create a reputation and much more. Most importantly, throughout the process, they were very diligent in listening to our feedback and completing requests within 1-2 days. Generally, I would give them a 10 with creating everything beyond what we initially imagined it would turn out too. After our approval, we started to see results with being found in search engines after 1-2 months, our social media engagement increasing and clients finding us from other websites which were already ranking for our keywords because of the articles that they published. I would give them a perfect 10 with creating and executing everything while communicating with me every few days. We look forward to what the future brings in the coming months.

Cons: Our normal business hours are 9 AM – 5 PM and they are only open until 8 PM which has been a strain as I only get the chance to view their materials and be able to respond to feedback when they are unavailable but they still diligently replied first thing the next day. I would recommend considering having the marketing team be available 24/7 at least for holidays and large events.

Overall: I’ve been with Unified for several months now and from day one, the level of service I received from every person has been exceptional. I’ve referred many other business owners I know to Unified. I cannot imagine running my business and marketing plans without them as it’s a large benefit to be able to handle every part of marketing through one company, rather than going to 10 different companies.

Overall the quality of Unified is good, the customer service is great and their platform is easy to use but we have had trouble converting our potential clients for quite some time now due to them complaining about the price of our services. It’s quite competitive pricing and we are not able to decrease our pricing without going out of business and Unified has not provided us with many options or alternatives on how to handle this situation and they are saying that it’s a business operation matter even though they are marketing the service itself. I believe that it is also their responsibility to assist us with this matter and we are once again requesting their assistance. Most small businesses have a person that handles their website, another that does social media and yet a third who does their search engine optimization and so on and it’s a great feeling to have everything working together in one place and in sync with consistency. The team at Unified created an impeccable website, they manage our entire social media presence and growth, blogs, videos and email marketing that all work together to make my business look professional and to keep having new business come through.
