Pros: The best part of Unified, at least for me, is that they do everything for you and working with our account executive has been beyond expectations as she has walked me through each step while helping me understand the marketing process and why certain things happen the way that they do. It took about a week to have our “Unified Marketing Report” presented to us which gave us an in-depth look into the plan for every marketing segment. We approved and after a week, they created a stunning website which gives our business a unique angle in the marketing, created personalized social media posts, created articles that boosted our image which helped us create a reputation and much more. Most importantly, throughout the process, they were very diligent in listening to our feedback and completing requests within 1-2 days. Generally, I would give them a 10 with creating everything beyond what we initially imagined it would turn out too. After our approval, we started to see results with being found in search engines after 1-2 months, our social media engagement increasing and clients finding us from other websites which were already ranking for our keywords because of the articles that they published. I would give them a perfect 10 with creating and executing everything while communicating with me every few days. We look forward to what the future brings in the coming months.
Cons: Our normal business hours are 9 AM – 5 PM and they are only open until 8 PM which has been a strain as I only get the chance to view their materials and be able to respond to feedback when they are unavailable but they still diligently replied first thing the next day. I would recommend considering having the marketing team be available 24/7 at least for holidays and large events.
Overall: I’ve been with Unified for several months now and from day one, the level of service I received from every person has been exceptional. I’ve referred many other business owners I know to Unified. I cannot imagine running my business and marketing plans without them as it’s a large benefit to be able to handle every part of marketing through one company, rather than going to 10 different companies.
