Zenefits brings everything together when it comes to HR information. It helps from onboarding of new employees and manage their intro training schedules.Managing HR plans including insurance terms is easier using this software. This system is completely web based. Having an Android app would help us a lot. Most activities are easier to manage from mobile apps so a mobile app would be best to have. Good system, helps with managing a number of HR tasks into a single system. Help with scheduling people interview and manage their insurance and other beneficiary plans.

Zenefits offers a very comprehensive HR option. Being a small nonprofit, it has really helped us to negotiate all the different aspects of HR, including health insurance. The best part: it's completely free!!!! Because it's new, there are occasional bugs, but nothing major. Also, we're still waiting for Zenefits to incorporate payroll into its offerings. Make sure to test out the product to see how it actually operates on a day to day basis. More options is not necessarily better, if the options are not done well.

Zenefits has options to manage required documents and features when a new employee joins the organisation. It keeps all the records and manage details really well. Zenefits further helps with keeping HR activities including saving proof, payroll management etc. I would like to see more features for application tacking as well. We have a number of people coming for interview and we need a good ATS system in place. So if this tool can help with ATS functionality, that would be really great! For keeping and managing employee records, zenefits works good. It has most common features which is needed by a HR department on a day to day basis.

Zenefits is you one stop shop for all HR needs. We use it for every step of our employee on boarding process. We have documents, track Options, track pay, track vacation time, run pay stubs, it's amazing. Zenefits is as necessary to HR as a Hammer is to a construction worker. I know there was some stuff in the news recently that I did not agree with, but the tool itself is amazing. Saves us literal hours of time ever week. I'm not even aware of alternatives, but make sure that Zenefits does everything you need. Speak with your team before purchasing, because this will be their new main interface.

Its ridiculously easy to manage and view my requested time off and remind myself of vacations and other important company policies. The company phone book is also really nice to have for ICE type events. They also recently released an iPhone app which has come in handy on multiple occasions. I could quickly request a day off from home without needing to login to my desktop or wait til I came in to work the next day and do it. Generating pay statements is also a snap. since I have direct deposit set up, anytime I need to access and remind myself what I got paid and when, I can use Zenefits. I hate to leave off a downside, but I have not run into any issues using Zenefits. Yes, there are other services out there for this kind of thing, but Zenefits has just proven easy to use. I don't have to re-learn the UI or how to request time off (etc) everytime I log-in. Most everything else, for me, is not of much consequence. -Ease of UI. Zenefits UI is simplistic and easy to navigate. Its not bogged down with flashy or ostentatious links and everything is clearly labelled. -Features. This one can be a mixed bag. What features do you REALLY need to have a successful HR sfotware? Managing time off? Accessing bank and tax info? Check and check.

Zenefits is one of the cleanest HR tools I've ever experienced. It's quick, easy to understand, and efficient. The user experience is super friendly and just nice to use. No real qualms to be honest. The product works and there's nothing to really complain about! Zenefits provides the perfect experience for its users. I've never had an issue reporting vacation time or changing settings. Great application.

It¿s really easy to use and makes it easy to be organized with all of the on-boarding paperwork. It¿s great overall, but it would be even better if it was integrated with E-verify to check employee eligibility. We were brand new to using an HR software and were so glad we chose Zenefits! Besides the perfect price (free), it has been really simple and efficient.

I appreciate the simplicity of the homepage on Zenefits. Everything is clean and right where you expect it to be. While some programs similar to Zenefits place items in locations you would never think to look, the logic works really well here. It is also helpful how easily available the details of your paystub are. The customer support is also leaps and bounds ahead of their competition. The performance of the web pages sometimes lags a bit (e.g. buttons shifting around on the page a little while the page is loading). Note when using Zenefits that each of the several large choices on the main menu lead you to a different type of web page, from which it can be difficult to navigate to other parts of the site.

The product works for most of its modules, however due to ACA they were unable to support us moving forward on the health benefits side Local tax notifications are non-existent and they have made a few errors recently. If you need the bare minimum functionality, Zenefits is great. Advanced HR functionality is not supported here.
