I am a bit tech challenged, but most of what I do is very easy on Zenefits and what I don't understand is easily remedied with their help function. I can either send an email, Chat or have someone call me depending on the situation. Actually nothing. I have been approached by other companies and it always comes down to Zenefits offering the best product for the least amount of money.

I now have time keeping, payroll, hiring, onboarding, performance Management, goal management and more all in one along with our benefits! I love the concept of an all in one platform. I really like that time keeping is so easily tied into payroll. The customer service team is great some days. Other days they are just an operator service. I want someone who can actually solve the issue and not have to go to an engineer. I also wish they had an all in one applicant tracking system.

HR management, benefits management. HR management is made very easy with this software, and allows for easy onboarding, easy payroll information, and easy benefits signup with very little paperwork. Bugs that we encounter as well as limited capabilities unless you pay more. We began under one pricing arrangement and were since moved to a more expensive arrangement.

Can't contact someone via phone only email. Doesn't has an internal calendar showing who is out of the office sick or on vacation.

Love this product for onboarding employees! I love having a centralized system that employees can update themselves. Zenefits has been great for payroll and getting offer letters out to employees I feel like there is a bit of functionality missing. We have several different entities and would love a way to link the accounts. That said, the customer support team is awesome and it seems like there are improvements coming out to the product each week.

There is so much to love - ease of configuration, plug and play functionality, instantaneous user access, complete control of documents, transparency to users, intuitive and consistent interfaces - the back-end touches that make this system so simple to use. New hires consistently comment on the simplicity of their onboarding and the professional appearance of the documents and emails they receive through Zenefits. I also appreciate that COBRA and other compliance requirements are seamlessly handled for me. I can be an HR department of one with Zenefits as my HR Coordinator. As a small nonprofit, we look for value and long-term investment in everything we buy - this has been one of the best and most effective purchases we have made. I haven't found anything that I don't like or that I like less than something else. I have always been pleased with the changes and improvements made and have always received great customer service in a timely manner.

Time savings. Simple data extractions. The interface is very easy to use and many systems are automated. It saves an incredible amount of time in on-boarding and insurance benefits administration. I wish it was a little more customizeable. I would like to be able to add categories to the documents section, other than the "other" section.

Zenefits has helped our business tremendously by consolidating 4-5 systems into 1. Now we have a centralize dashboard that my team can log into to check the status of the new hire from offer letter all the way to signing up for benefits..etc. The ability to streamline your internal processes and paperwork are there, but you do have to set it up yourself. Once you do I guarantee it's worth every penny. Lot of new features do roll out, but those updates are noted within newsletter but some of them are not even revealed.

The ease of use for both employee and administrator is fantastic. New hires report an extremely pleasant onboarding experience through the platform. The automation is great and most things work extremely well. When they don't, my account manager is incredibly responsive and helpful. I absolutely love that the product team has taken several of my suggestions for improved functionality and implemented them. Document storage doesn't work well for our use case. As a law firm, we have significant needs in this area and the current system is inadequate and cumbersome. Our need is greater than the typical use case. I preferred being able to call customer support when I had issues (outside of what my account manager handles). Submitting an issue through the portal and awaiting an email reply or call back (depending on which option is selected) is not ideal. Highly recommend a return to the prior method because it felt more available and 'real time'.
