Very nice! I love the layout and design of Zenefits. The org charts are to die for! Onboarding and offboarding were simple tasks. The mobile app was great for phone numbers! Our company structure was too unique. We have ~200 employees in different states/ areas across the US. Difficult to keep up with everything we needed sometimes.

Zenefits helps small businesses run their HR functions similar to what a big business would do with lots of resources. It is easy to do paperwork online like: I9s, ACA filings, W-2s, COBRA administration, new hire paperwork, etc. The tool also helps companies track time and attendance, time off, and offer a full suite of benefits to employees. I regularly tell others that we would need at least 1-2 additional employees to manage all the things that Zenefits does for us. Zenefits needs to continue to improve their communication to customers, letting us know about upcoming changes to the product and further customize communications to our employees.

The only thing I can think of is that they don't have a support number. However, the support I have received via chat and "call back" has always been helpful.

Easy to use and great service for the price! It makes the onboarding process super easy and then it stores all of the information in one place without having to worry about filing away paperwork. It is also easy for our employees to access their records and can easily make any changes to their address or tax information. We would love to use Zenefits to process our payroll but are unable to do so because the service is not offered in our state of operation. Similarly, we cannot manage our benefits through Zenefits. But for all of our other HR needs, Zenefits has us covered.

All in all a great value for the money and i highly recommend it to any SMB Packed with many crucial HR tasks Affordable even for Small Businesses Plays well with some other cloud platforms (Google Apps, Quick Books online, etc) User friendly Very responsive human-run support Some features are slow to come out Payroll Sync takes a few hours sometimes (Possibly due to Quickbook's API limitations)
