I love Zenefits. The user experience is amazing and is so easy to navigate. As an administrator I also enjoyed the back end reporting and features. My favorite was RSS Calendar feed of birthdays and employee anniversaries. Sometimes the site would be down on glitch and changes I made did not go into effect. We just had to be a bit more cautious!

Formalized HRIS system, where we did not have one before The product is incredibly easy to use and navigate. They are always working to improve and add new features and the customer support is fantastic. I wish we could have a little bit more customization. The implementation time was all about how quickly we could set it up, but I wish we could work with the team more to set things up specifically how we wanted. For example, I only want specific job titles to be an option, but this field is a free type field in Zenefits.

Streamlining a lot of HR processes Zenefits helps small businesses run their HR functions similar to what a big business would do with more resources. It is easy to do "paper"work online like I9s, ACA filings, W-2s, COBRA administration, new hire paperwork, etc. The tool also helps companies track time and attendance, time off, and offer a full suite of benefits to employees. If we did not use zenefits we would have to hire at least 1 other person to do all the work that this software automates.

I like that it's a consolidated way to keep track of my benefits. Requesting time off and seeing if it's approved is a great tool to have as usually it gets lost over email. Some of the deductible prices for my medical insurance was not accurate so that has caused confusion
