An easy to use interface and a tool that allows our employees to electronically and seamlessly on-board. I enjoy that the tool automatically reminds the end-users to complete tasks and keeps track of everything in one useful tool. I would like to see it become an intranet for employees to access company specific templates, content and tools. What I like most about Zenefits is that it allows our employee on-boarding process to be completely automated and electronic. I love it! The software I like, but being an earlier adopter, there were many growing pains within the company which caused a lot of issues with our open enrollment for two consecutive years. We recently resigned our contract and based on what we need, went with the basic (silver?) plan, which doesn't include Vacation Tracking. We don't need all of the HR support since we're a consulting services company. With that said, I'm disappointed that we weren't grandfathered in to having that tool.

Saves me time! Zenefits is generally easy to use, simple to navigate, self-explanatory, and comprehensive. Great dashboard, great navigation, and it ultimately helps me get done what I need to in less time. We've had several repeat errors relating to tax on payroll which has been frustrating. Service has been mixed - sometimes it's really awesome, other times it's been terrible. They need to get payroll 100% sorted out to avoid issues with payments.

Tracking employees time electronically vs by hand. App is easy to use, and employees learn quickly. It is easy to setup each account and they employees are usually quick to setup their profile. Cannot get employees to use properly-phone service isn't great in rural WI. They frequently are forgetting to clock in or out and then it's harder because we are triple checking everything when we submit payroll.

Ease of use. Value. I have researched a variety of PSP and Zenefits is by far the best value. Our employees also love the ease of the app and the ability to access from anywhere. Constantly making changes to the programs without letting customers know they are coming. Occasionally a CSR that has no knowledge of the area you are inquiring about will respond, whixh is a total waste of time.

Makes onboarding and open enrollment much easier. We have no full time HR person here so this job has been split up between a few employees and it was confusing and cumbersome. Now it is much easier and smoother to make sure that everything is done. Also the COBRA process is now taken care of completely for us. Very nice. Open enrollment for health insurance. PTO use and approvals. Information on all employees at my fingertips as Administrator. There are no phone numbers to call for HELP. They only take online requests and then we have to wait until they contact us for a response.

Ease of onboarding. Simple for new hires to get into the system and turned on as an employee. The compliance tracking is nice, but unless you use the time and attendance aspect of this system, you are going to put in a lot more work to get the years 1094c's completed. The ease of use. Particularly from the employees side when it comes to onboarding. Employees always find it easy to navigate, and finish their onboarding tasks with ease. The rising costs. I can find other systems that offer more features for less. With each additional aspect of your system now each costing their own amount, by the time you add up each module your costs are too much for a small to medium sized organization to assume.

Zenefits frees up administrative time for me. It allows me to easily hire someone and or terminate someone. It also produces some easily accessible and easy to read reports that are important to my HR practice. The employees can go in and make their own administrative changes such as, direct deposit and/or tax changes. I also like the hiring process. Again, from an administrative point of view, it really streamlines the process for me. it is sometimes hard to find how to make changes. I don't like not being able to call ONE particular person if I have issues.
