Workflow Automation was new to us and we loved the fact zenphi has a free tier for people like us to get started and play with workflow automation. One thing was super helpful and that's the free help zenphi customer success offered. They helped us build our first few flows. (I have to day they went beyond to help us).
As we ramp up our automation we need integration with more systems like zendesk. they don't have it yet. We have submitted the request and they say it will come soon.
