When I first joined Netcetera I had no issues at all. Now I have at least 2-3 downtimes per week the latest downtime is now in its 3rd day. Customer support WILL NOT keep their users updated, instead they expect the user to ask first before updating. On Sunday 6th July 2014 I was informed that the service would resume in 30 minutes, 1 hour later I was informed to expect a further delay of 60 minutes. Its now Monday 7th July 2014 and the service is still down, I asked again today and was informed it will be at least 3 hours this I will believe when I see it. During this downtime I have lost sales and customers and my existing customers are very dissatisfied that they cannot access updates or my support system for assistance. At the moment I would not recommend Netcetera to anyone, even my worst enemy.
