Excellent Loyalty Program We have been able to move away from a 'punch card' system to an easy to use software program. The training and the installation has all gone very smooth. We have been able to expand our rewards in an easy to use way thanks to Preferred Patron. After shopping many programs this was the only one that felt like a good fit to our business model. Everything is straight forward and has been seamless to integrate into our business. Pros: Ease of use, flexibility of the program to cater to our business' needs, and the overall help of all the support staff of Preferred Patron.
