I have never worked with a partner company with so much experience and patience! Getting into a loyalty software program took quite a bit of research, time and of course, explanation. After speaking to a few companies, there was no doubt who we were going to choose. Our customer service rep. has been with us every single step of the way. The most thorough explanations, verbal, as well as email. Distance isn't an issue with this company. They certainly will bend over backwards to ensure you have a clear vision on the route you are taking your company.
