Great partner to work with! At Delta Bingo, we knew when we set out to find a loyalty partner we would need a team who would take the time to understand our needs and would help educate us along the way. From the initial call at Preferred Patron, we have been blown away with the knowledge, professionalism and speedy replies. The team at Preferred Patron has been absolutely great to work with and their attitude of "no question is ever stupid" has helped to build a very open collaboration between our company and Preferred Patron. Overall the system has given us the ability to collect useful customer data allowing us to build on customer loyalty and drive customer frequency. It has also giving us the ability to remarket to new customers who may have only visited once, by leveraging meaningful email communications. I would recommend Preferred Patron to anyone.
