I have been using Acuity Scheduling for only a short time, but it is very user friendly and has many features to assist just about any business in their scheduling needs. Though our business' scheduling needs are slightly outside the box, Acuity's customer service has been quick to answer my emails with all the questions I've had thus far. It's wonderful to know that I can reach out and actually get the help I need in a timely manner. I gave 4 stars because one big thing I would love to see directly linking with Google Calendar rather than us having to do a work around, however most everything else is at a 5 star level. As I mentioned, their customer service is top notch. For the record, I have already recommended Acuity to others.

I started using Acuity on their free trial and it worked OK. I then decided that I wanted to try the market but other 'simple' scheduling systems either weren't or just didn't do what I needed them to. Part of Acuity has allowed me to upload registration forms, so I can save on the printing, and help the planet. Another system decided that I should upload forms by a partner group before linking them back in. Why would I want the extra steps and work? Acuity also has quite a quirky system. Don't look for help buttons but one's that say 'psst. Ask us a question' and other funny little quips that just make the experience more fun, especially when they change on each page refresh. I also had cause to question part of the system to ensure it did what I needed. Their response was swift and detailed. I have now paid for their basic package for a single business person and am looking forward to really getting to grips with it. I am UK based and have chosen this company over UK ones.

I've used several appointment booking softwares over the past year or two, but I've always found that most of them have some kind of quirk, or bug which prevents me from using them long-term and of the others, they're simply too expensive for my needs Acuity Scheduling is genuinely the best of all of those I've tried and I intend on sticking with them because their software 'does what it says on the can' so to speak. It's very simple to use, even for technophobes and the interface looks good too, the backend is easy to understand, plus rescheduling appointments is a breeze for both the customer and staff. Best of all, AS's pricing policy is very competitive. I don't buy purely on price, because I firmly believe that in general, you pay for what you get, but it's a factor in my decision and the AS range of prices meets my strict personal criteria. All in all the software receives 5 stars from me and deservedly so. Try it, I think you'll be glad you did.
