We use Acuity at our bakery for wedding cake tastings and consultations. This platform has eliminated a lot of wasted time on re-arranging appointments that conflict. One of our favorite features is the ability to have the client fill out a form which is much more seamless than emailing them a separate PDF. Whats even more exciting is the form information is saved in the notes section of the appointment. A quick way to review information without having to dig up emails. We are new to Acuity but have loved our experience so far and hope to be long time customers. Thank you!!

“I own a Wellness Centre and am a single app…”
I own a Wellness Centre and am a single app user. I have tested a number of Online Scheduling App during the past month. There are so many! The ones I have tested have interesting features and it was even fun discovering them. Exhausting but fun! However Acuity had features that were important to me: the ability to load pictures for gift, packages and subscriptions is a big plus, French translation of the client interface (done manually and with a couple of restrictions, could be improved), automated billing cycles (per week, month or yearly), credit card processing, syncing with other calendars and there are so many other features. I would love to see email templates aesthetics improved a little since it is representative of our company. That would be nice. Overall I find it easy to use, comprehensive, logical and simple to use. I hardly needed any training to get started. That’s the way I like it! This software has obviously been around for quite some time. It is well rounded, packed with functionality. Definitely recommend Acuity.

I have been using Acuity Scheduling for a couple of months now and it is excellent! There are lots of convenient features for the $10/month fee. I can sync my Google Calendar with it for example, and set different appointment scheduling options for different types of appointments (ex. I can make myself available for phone call sessions later than personal training sessions). The customer service has been awesome too.
