We moved to UKFast after our previous hosting company stopped trading with only 2 days notice. Luckily for us UKFast were able to get us signed up and set up on a dedicated server in less than 24 hours which really saved us and the public service we provide. We've only been with them for a short time but within that time they have managed to go above and beyond with technical support, troubleshooting some potentially huge problems for us. The service we are getting now is worth every penny and I made the right choice choosing them.

I've had a dedicated server package with UKFast since 2011, having previously used shared hosting and VPS servers with various other high street hosting companies. The reliability and level of support from these other hosting providers was patchy to say the least; day and night I was constantly worrying about server downtime. On the other hand, since transferring my hosting to UKFast I?ve been served up with fast reliable server up-time and a support department that is friendly, helpful and informative. As a sole trader web developer, my hosting requirements are on a smaller scale compared to the majority of UKFast?s customers. However my need for a reliable hosting provider is probably even more important, as unlike larger companies I don?t have an in-house support department to fall back on. In short, UKFast give me the peace of mind to be able run my business and offer my customers a hosting package that is superior to high street deals. The technical department are my second in command, providing me with an invaluable level of support and are always on hand to give advice with server configuration and maintenance related issues. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to visit the offices and have been able to put faces to the names of people I?ve spoken with. The friendliness on the phone is matched in person and you do feel part of the UKFast family and not just an ip address within their network.

Some context, we are a SaaS, CRM provider with clients in many industries of which a percentage are with UK Fast through our recommendation based on the individual needs. Some of the negative reviews seem to be from people who have been wrongly recommended by their provider. Come on people, that's not UK Fast's fault, it's your fault for contracting muppets that can't recommend a fit for purpose provider. So, if our clients require a managed service with a good solid SLA and a company that cares about the scalability of their solution in line with the business requirements we always recommend UK Fast. After working on a large, highly redundant, load-balanced system for a supplier who used UK Fast, we were surprised at the level of interaction from not only sales but also support and decided to use UK Fast ourselves. We have no regrets since and have had fantastic service. If you value your data, security and system then you could do far worse. For the record, our account manager is the wonderful Olivia Chris Digital Unity Limited.

Patrick is always willing to go out of his way to find answers to all of my questions regardless of how insignificant or technical they might be. We have been a customer of UKFast for around 18 months and have our full stack on their infrastructure. The service we have received during this time has been outstanding (we are an Enterprise customer) and there is always someone on hand to help with support queries - which is vital for a small business like ours. Our account / service managers are very helpful, especially in the run up to our recent ISO audit where I have been bombarding them with requests around certificates, processes, etc. They really have gone above and beyond for us lately. Price wise they are not the cheapest around, but if you value customer service & extremely good support then it worth paying a bit extra to ensure a premium package.
