The day after I purchased an account with Asura Hosting I started getting many phone calls from web companies and SEO companies. I asked them how they got my details. They said they bought them from Asura Hosting. The phone calls have become tiresome, and I wish I never signed up. I will be moving host very soon, and changing my phone number. This is very poor service.

Been using Asura since 2016, found them on Google initially and thank god I did. Was previously at Godaddy and they were literally charging 100% extra on my renewal so thats when I found Asura. Asura Has been nothing but a straight up awesome host to deal with, apart from the affordable pricing they offer, their team is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Came into it completely skeptical and they have changed my perspective a whole lot. First off, their support is pretty damn good. They helped install and troubleshoot wordpress plugins without saying "You should do it, blabla" like most of the big hosts do like Godaddy.. so they do go beyond just the technical side of things and actually help you run your site to a certain extent. The pricing is also insanely competitive, I did opt for the smaller plan going in (Again, I was sceptical) but now im on their largest plan for about over a year, and they have been nothing but a blessing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Also I have taken a look at some past reviews, and I got to say their probably incorrect or just plain misunderstood. I also was once banned from one of Asura's server a while back, making me think my site was down but in actual fact it was because I tried too many failed login attempts so their system banned my local IP, which I is understandble for security. (Just wish they had an auto-unban somewhere in the clientarea) I simply ticketed and they got it unblocked and let me know what caused it. So I am guessing most "negative" related reviews are more prone to certain situations like that. Give them a try, honestly.

too much problem. too much problem. i give 5 star for value. but service is soo bad. asking multiple times about same problem. already gave what they want. then asking again. cpanel problem. server problem. for reseller acount, your userlist will always gone. then u need to open a ticket again. then u need to provide them you customer list. whatTT?T??? they also dont know, and cant see history, no log, no anything to see for reference. too much problem. support reply ticket also so slow. not very recommended, unless u dont care about support , and your data.
