Decided to go with them last year, haven't looked back since. I contacted support a couple times as well to help out with wordpress plugins and they immediately helped me out. I have been with companies like Godaddy and hostgator, both of whom's support department lacked a lot. Asura's team seems to be on the ball and always helps you out, and they do it quick as well! Overall the product is solid and the team behind it is great.

Outstanding host. I contact them on a regular basis since making a site is not my best ability. At the start they helped me out to install wordpress, install plugins and helped guide me through the whole process. Its been a year later now and everything is still running perfect - I even upgraded to their highest tier plan to show my support. Honestly, their support and service is amazing.
