Our core system is supported by our growing suite of client engagement options that includes Add.Me, a configurable web form that allows your clients to securely add themselves directly into Penelope, and Add.Me Import, which provides your agency with the capability to bulk upload new clients into Penelope from a CSV file.
We've also developed a client portal for Penelope called ClientConnect, a mobile customer portal that gives your clients the ability to update their profile information, view and book appointments, complete documentation or tasks, pay online, and more.
Our commitment to developing new products to meet the needs of our customers includes the recent release of our medication management integration with DrFirst, and the impending release of Penelope Mobile, a mobile version of Penelope that allows access to key system features on smartphones and tablets for staff who often work outside of the office.
