UberGlobal used to be very good, but are no longer.In the past 12 months or so the service has repeatedly declined. For example, multiple email outages taking over 4 weeks to resolve, server performance problems (causing full outages) such that uptime as measured by uptime robot is 97% across 5 domains, 4 hours on hold for online chat .... the list goes on. Its a shame, they were once good value. Overseas support from the Phillipines is also variable quality, and any real problems need second line support to get involved, which takes time. Monday, December 14, 2015 #43212 Peter from Big Red Roo Internet Services Been with them for years now. Uber's staff are always helpful, which is great. However the overall level of service / connection / ftp have all gradually diminished in the last 12 months ... to the point where frustration is becoming unbearable and I'm now shopping around. Friday, September 18, 2015 Verified Review #41579 Glenn Eaton from Rinet IT I bought the Reseller account $19pcm for 5 cpanel accounts. Used to be fast about 18 months ago but now they are causing me heaps of problems. Mail forwarding no longer works for one domain and mails are not being sent from PHP which means you can't get an email password reset for any CMS (WordPress in my case).As well they are slow to respond on the phone and with their fault tickets.
