We've been with them a while now and never had any issues or down time with the site. They are such good value and their responsiveness to support tickets is super fast. Highly recommend this company to anyone, these guys could not be any more helpful. Superb service!

I've used Cloud Above for many many years now to host my client's websites and APIs. I've recommended them to everyone. I build websites and have experience with most major hosting providers that the client already has accounts with. Cloud Above are hands down the quickest, most knowledgeable and super-helpful people in the business. But more importantly; everything just works reliably and there are no hidden extras like most providers. NB. the 4/5 stars for features is only because they don't host windows, which some of my clients insist on.

Super happy with Cloudabove, they were recommended to me and I've since been recommended them to anyone who'll listen! They migrated my email and website so easily (and quickly) from another host. I've since had a really top service from them. They're always on hand to help with any queries and are thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and super friendly. Great communications. Good competitive pricing, no hidden extras (as I had with my last provider). If anyone is having issues with their current provider, I'd recommending moving to Cloudabove asap.

We've used these guys for 2 years now after jumping from provider to provider - each time we jump from a provider it's been because of lack of quality and never about price - each 'jump' obviously costs customers but the support, service and uptime provided by Cloudabove has been phenomenal. They always go out of their way to help, even if it's not a tech issue to do with the server and are happy to give tips to improve things. We came to them as a recommendation from a friend of the owner, and have never looked back - despite being approached by the likes of bigger players. Can't recommend these guys enough and hopefully, we'll enjoy a positive working relationship for years to come!
