After having a nightmare with a previous provider. Cloud Above reached out to us on Twitter. After looking at a few options, we decided on CA. We were NOT disappointed. We signed up to one of their packages at 19:30 and by 21:00 our site, database and all emails had been transferred and we instantly noticed significant improvements. Ryan walked us through the whole process and even dropped an email the next day to check everything was OK. Amazing service and products. So glad we made the move. Just wish we had made it sooner. 5/5

CloudAbove are a fanstic hosting provider. I have been hosting with CA since 2012 (when they were known as SouthWest Broadband) and can say the hosting and customer service has been superb throughout my time as a customer. I regularly refer clients to CloudAbove as a safe, secure, reliable UK hosting provider which is also affordable. Ryan and the team are experts in hosting and support is very quick, there is also out of hours support available which is also pretty quick (unlike many other providers). I can't fault CA and believe they are one of the best web hosts in the UK.

We've hosted our sites with Cloudabove for a couple of years now and had nothing but excellent, prompt, helpful service. As an example, yesterday one of our sites was hacked and was spewing out emails. Cloudabove stopped the problem virtually immediately. That's fine as it helped them, but what was mightily impressive was they advised us of the attack immediately and how to resolve it. I can't remember a similar proactive service from any company let alone a hosting company. Thanks to their prompt customer focussed attention we were back up and running within the hour with the loophole closed (thanks as well to our excellent web developer, CPTcreative - Colin Treanor). Having used other larger hosting companies, which don't give a crap unless you're a BIG player, I cannot recommend Cloudabove highly enough.
