TOTAL SCAM- BEWARE!!! You can not disable or get around iPhones two-factor authentication with their latest versions even though the company will lie and say you have options to do so. Apple confirmed when I called! I’ve received a full mailbox notice the last 4 days in a row trying to send yet another email to their support email. At this point, it’s no longer about the money but principle.

Cocospy is a scam. Do not get sucked in like I did. I purchased to monitor my son's phone activity. However, you cannot disable 2 factor authentication on iPhones. It is impossible on any new Apple ID or any ID on which 2 factor was enabled more than 2 weeks ago. Also, you cannot monitor snapchat unless you jailbreak. Also notice there is no customer service line, no facebook link (despite saying there is) and they are NOT affiliated with Amazon as claimed. Be aware that the main selling point for IOS is not having to put software on target phone. But each time you access the target info, the two step authenication pops up on the target phone. You can disable this, but it takes quite a effort on new IOS's and requires change of the target password, along with a email notification to them, to do this. All very visible. So the stealthy nature of this software is out the door, without major effort and risk of discovery. I'm sure it does what it says from there, but you might as well ask the owner to hand you their phone.
