The Worst Web Hosting Company in the World !!!
AVOID Using them and save yourself a lot of stress and money.
I have been using Crazy Domains for over 6 years. I have more than 50 Domains with them currently and in the process of moving all of them to another Domain Company.
After using Crazy Domains for around two years (Just Using there Domain Manager) I signed up for a 10 year Hosting Deal for unlimited Magento Website Hosting. Now days Magento site need a minimum 756M of PHP Memory to run just one website. But Crazy Domains have caped there PHP Memory at 535M.
So now you can't even run one Magento Website on their unlimited Website Hosting. I have only one website on the Crazy Domain Server and it is a PrestaShop site. I paid for a Fiverr gig for 100 products to be uploaded to the site from a guy in India whom refunded my money after doing 50 product saying the website is too slow and taking him too long. This is a guy in a third world country that does this for a living. "Crazy Domains - Third World Slow"
Their Customer Support and Technical Support are Rude, Condescending as well as incompetent. They have no idea what they are talking about, they just read from a script. The Call Centre is in the Philippines and it is very hard to understand them speak. The poor young girl I was speaking to tonight was continually apologising because she could not hear me as the noise behind her was too loud.
Because Crazy Domains have contracted all their services out to a Philippine Company you can't actually speak to anyone from Crazy Domains. Only this third party company who say they can't do anything to help and can't put me through to anyone at Crazy Domains.
Then there is the Crazy Domains e-mail service OMG it is bad. It is constantly going off line and will NOT connect properly with Apple Mail or MicroSoft Outlook programs. The Crazy Domain Tech Support
Technician himself told me they have been aware of the incompatibility issue for two years with Apple Mail or MicroSoft Outlook programs but that is Microsoft and Apples problem not a Crazy Domain problem.
As I said to this very Rude Head Engineer for Crazy Domains Technical Support (He Said), how is it the problem of the Two Biggest Software Companies in the World when there software works with everyone else but not with your servers.
Anyway I found another Web Hosting Company with great Reviews and I spoke with one of there Engineer's who lived in the USA and really new his stuff at bluehost.com (Blue Host) There SSL Certificates are free with hosting and will cover unlimited Domain Names.
If you you don't care about poor Customer Service and poor Technical Service and only want cheap domain registration and your only pointing your domains to other quality Web Hosting Companies like I have done then you could use Crazy Domains. But if you want Quality Web Hosting, Email & SSL then you would be CRAZY to use Crazy Domains.
As fare as Web Hosting, E-mail and Website Building goes Crazy Domains are one of the most expensive and have the Worst Customer Service, Tech Support and Reliability in the world.
