Worst Customer service and host domain - Crazy Domain.
We have been a loyal customer of crazy domain over the last 6 years. However, their service has dropped significantly in the last 12 months. We have escalated this issue with our emails, and the fact that our customers are getting the same email 40 or 50 times. We have even submitted a formal complain after months of trying with crazy domain, but it goes to deaf ears. We are currently using gmail for all our emails, thanks to crazy domain. We like to warn other users, and companies not to engage with Crazy domains, and if you are with Crazy domain, swap to another company. You may pay few extra dollars, but it will not impact your business, and you will not lose customers.

We truly understand the situation you are in and we know it means a lot to your business the stability, reliability and performance of the service you are subscribed for. Please know that this not what we want you to experience and it saddens us to hear about it.

Please know that the situation you are currently experiencing requires troubleshooting,as discussed upon replicating on our end we could not get the same error that you are getting, in that case the error maybe a local issue thus we will need your cooperation to fix the concern since your email is set up on your device.
