Server has only had 1 issue in the past 12 months when the Datacenter had a power outage. Which was quickly fixed! Chris and the team over at CyberHostPro have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. We run dedicated and VPS servers with them and they will go above and beyond to get things right first time. The kind of Ethics in a company we ourselves strive for. For instance, we have just made a slight admin error on our Firewall config and required their help....any other company would suck through their teeth and mumble that it's going to cost us as we do not have a fully managed server contract....but no not Phil at CHP. He simply remedied our mistake in a few seconds and we were back on track. Very helpful and great uptime! We wouldn't use anyone else...and we are ourselves a hosting provider! Hopefully that says a lot.

Really impressed with the service so far. We've developed a lot of sites over the years and many of them require maintenance. I paid a relatively small amount to try one hosting package to see what things were like and Cyber Host Pro even took care of the migration and DNS transfer on my behalf, saving me several hours work. Today, I got an e-mail from Chris who told me he'd optimised all our images as a freebie. Smart move on their part since it removes the one big reason people don't want like to switch - the hassle factor. I also found out that there data centre is right here in the Northwest, UK so anyone with UK data protection requirements is in luck. The features are excellent, much more than you'd get from larger enterprises and I'll be recommending Cyber Host Pro to all our clients from now on. Special thanks to Chris for all his effort.
