I've been with Extent for 3 months, and every month, something has happened to my service. Month 1. After paying for the server, it would not launch for around a week. Went back and forth with "Ryan" to fix it. Was eventually fixed, and credited $10. Month 2. Was moved onto another server (meaning new IP, and setting up again) without being notified. This took a couple of days, and was not told. It came back up, and nothing was done. Would've at least appreciated an apology for downtime. Month 3: I paid the rent for the server, and have successfully received my receipt. However, on the "Client" page, It still says I owe the $27.80 for my server. Going back and forth with the same person "Ryan" to get this sorted. Every month, something has happened with my service, negatively. Every month, their customer service is great, but I doubt anyone appreciates these clear glitches in their server creation, or bill-payment options. I however, am still sore about not being told that my server was being moved.
