Having had our site hosted with fasthosts for a number of years, although there support i cannot complain, there hosting was pitiful and constantly having server side issues. Once the TTFB hit 8 seconds and no possibility to edit server settings, it was time to leave. Having had Freshsites recommended to me by an associate, we had no concern with moving across and utilizing their free migration support, we were moved over within 30 minutes and totally seamless. I have no issues in recommending Freshsites to my customers.
