I needed to change hosts and previously had someone else sort this for me. I learnt about fresh sites through a WordPress book I purchased and still need to read more of tee hee but yes fresh sites were and are fantastic. They did all the hard work transferring my site over and have not had any problems. Also communication is great they answer your emails tweets etc and did not show any annoyance towards me even though I was a panicking new customer they really treasured me and did what they said.

Fresh sites is a GREAT Host!! I was with Dreamhost for some time and the load speed I kept getting were terrible. Sometimes taking up to 15 seconds to load the homepage.. Freshsites has consistently done it 3 seconds and below. If your a UK based company Freshsites seems to be one of the best!
