We needed to upload a new externally developed wordpress website to freshsites while our email and domain were hosted elsewhere. Freshsite were extremely helpful in configuring their systems to do this and in resolving hitches very quickly. We then needed to move our email and finally our domain hosting to them. Again these were carried out with excellent support from Freshsites staff.

They have been a godsend ever since I started with them, they have been so patient with me asking stupid questions and getting myself into all sorts of conflics with my imac and wordpress. I've been hosting my site with FreshSites for 2 and a half years, and have had a great experience with them. Customer service usually isn't a big issue with me, but my, these guys are phenomenal. I had my site hacked last year (it was a Wordpress vulnerability) and the guys at FreshSites quickly responded to my query and managed to bring it back to me in no time. Already recommended to friends and colleagues!

Exceptional service from Freshsites. I'm trying to develop a new e-commerce site on their managed wordpress hosting package and I've found them to be extremely quick to answer queries, even in non-working hours, they have saved my bacon a few times when I've completely messed up an important file and didn't know how to fix it. The sites seems to run quickly (which is really important to me) and most importantly I feel I can trust them to look after my site.

I Googled around to try and find the best Wordpress hosting company in the UK, and came up with Freshsites. They literally had us completely moved over to their infrastructure in under 24 hours, with only one small issue that needed to be solved.
