I signed up for Fresh sites Wordpress hosting last week and have had nothing but issues - email doesn't work at all (either IMAP or POP), the instructions they send for setting up wordpress widgets does not correspond to what you see on screen through set up, no response to email support tickets and absolutely no-one answers the telephone - ever - despite multiple attempts last week and now today....think twice before signing up to these guys. My first impressions are very poor. I have to give at least one star, but frankly they don't deserve that!

I'm very impressed with the speed of setup and personal touch. Both Sales and Support staff are very friendly. Moved my Wordpress site over the Freshsites Early Jan 2015 due to a rubbish slow server and support with Hostpappa! Paying more money now but know my site is fast and working great! The staff are very helpful at Freshsites. The only reason I have put 4 stars and not five is because the Telephone support can do better - sometimes it does go to voicemail - but the staff will always call you back if you leave a message!

I set up one hosted wordpress site - fine. Ordered a second domain, paid, and since 2 January unable to reach freshsites at all. Phones go to voicemail, cannot reach website, no e-mail response from sales. Maybe they have gone bust.
