Its a great tool for project management providing simple interface. But it needs to be upgraded for larger project and better UI.

Overall, a nice tool, but there were a few irritating little “features” that prevent me from taking this tool further. You can comment on tasks (like Basecamp) But you have no idea of knowing of any unread messages, and you have to go ahead and open every single task just in case there’s something there. Not fun.

I’ve only just started using this tool, but it does seem to make things easier. Just being able to see straight away what’s the status for each project, and being able to move tasks up and down makes it so much better than the Excels and Gantt charts I was using before. And it’s free!

There are lots of project managers out there, each offering a slightly different spin on how to manage your projects. HappyTodos has a basic UI, which needs improving on, but the redeeming feature is the ability to focus your team on those 4-5 tasks they need to get done today. Will be interesting to see how it handles larger projects.
