Files stored in Box, Dropbox, and Google Drive can be accessed in a single page, and users can attach files to actions or drag-and-drop them into messages to share them with team members.

Hive includes action templates which enable the automatic assignment of recurring tasks. Users can select which task to assign, who to assign it to, and the completion deadline.

With more than 100 app integrations, messages can be imported automatically from other tools.

Hive also offers direct and group messaging, and integrates with Slack, providing users with direct access to their channels and direct messages, drag-and-drop action sharing, and an /action command for creating and assigning new actions.
