They claim that they have "good customer service is all about going above and beyond to make customers feel awesome…". Well here is what really happens, you purchase a hosting package and you wait days for them to get back to you about their "Free migration" service and they waste another day migrating your website and then after all that they ask you for $125 to finish the migration. And when you tell them your not feeling good about their services and want to just get a refund, you wait another day for someone to send you a massive email that says we are not going to give you anything. They basically hide behind their sales team lying about what they will do until they take your money. They were tasked with rescuing me from an awful situation where my previous service provider took my site off the air after bungling an upgrade that I did not require. The sales and support staff were patient, understanding and most of all were able to completely understand my requirements and were able to communicate them in easy non-techno jargon English.What I have now is a very fast website (WordPress). The backend is terrific without any errors or issues. Their follow up is outstanding. I will now migrate all my other sites.
