Over the last 15 years, I have worked with multiple payroll systems and countless client service representatives, so I believe I have a good sense of service and support. Proxus is a solid system that has the functionality that we need, and still pieces we have not fully utilized. Like all other payroll systems, there are times when Proxus does work the way I want it it, but I can count on Jay Perlman and Colton Zacca to help me. Jay Perlman is the most reliable, knowledgeable and accessible person that I've worked with. Colton Zacca has provided exceptional advice so Proxus aligns with our growth and process changes. I know there are plenty of systems on the market that may offer features or functionality, and may be better pricing, but as long as Jay and Colton are supporting The Shipley School, I will remain a raving loyal fan of iSolved.

Also love that I can create my own reports tailored to my needs instead of using a generic report. Since the beginning of this year, 2020, I assumed the role of Controller for my business after having a person serve in that capacity for 17 years. As a small business owner, many of our employees wear many hats and one of being the Controller was to also help with HR opportunites and doing payroll was one of them. Having iSolved as our payroll provider has been a great decision for my company. The fact that I have never had any experience doing payroll, iSolved's program is easy to follow and anytime I have had any questions, a simple phone call always landed me with friendly voices who understood my challenge and walked me through to get the results I needed. We have used the platform for 4 years. During that time the system has been improved numerous times to fill the needs of our company. Whenever anything new happens such as the extreme issues of 2020 with COVID, the payroll tax forgiveness program, etc, Isolved has been extremely fast to have a solution in place that is easy to understand and use in place. Our company doesn't use every feature provided on the platform but those we use are appreciated by our employees and management team. The system is easy to use and the development teams over the years have been very knowledgeable about all aspects of HR, payroll, and benefits administration.
