DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PRODUCT! We were longtime customers of iSolved, using their Timeforce I software for over 10 years. We were regularly assured that we would not be required to upgrade and that our version would be supported for the foreseeable future. On 3/25/19 we received an email stating that our support contract expiring 4/14/19 would not be renewed because our version was no longer supported. They gave us less than one month’s notice. We sent an email to our sales rep the same day, but had to make repeated requests for pricing and a demo because she was unavailable. An initial quote was finally received 4/5/19, but they could not make time for a demo until 4/22/19. We agreed to this, but requested they continue supporting our old version in the meantime because of the short notice and delays. They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all. During the demo we asked how the new software would handle the things our Timeforce I software was capable of. They were unsure of some of the more complex issues and promised they would check with tech support and get back with us. In the end, it was promised that the new software would be able to meet our needs. We signed a one year contract on 5/1/19. We began to have weekly one-hour phone calls with our implementation specialist, and a few things quickly became apparent. First, although iSolved does have an online training university, it does not have a searchable help system. If we could not remember where to set something up, we could not search help for a quick answer. Our only option was to email our rep and wait for a response, or sit through an online class, hoping to find the answer there. Second, we were not being taught how to set up our system. Our rep was doing the setup for us, and she did not openly answer questions about how to do things ourselves. Third, we hit major roadblocks during implementation when addressing some of our more complex system needs. iSolved did not approach these problems with a sense of urgency or reassure us that they would work with us until an acceptable solution was found. The attitude presented was that we should adapt our needs to the system, rather than finding ways to make the system work for us. It was our own IT person who came up with ideas, tested, and then presented possibilities during our weekly calls. It was at this point that we discovered iSolved is unable to produce a timecard report that shows actual punches, but rounded hours. This is a very basic function of any timekeeping system. It was also at this point that we realized activating a single employee for testing purposes triggered iSolved to begin charging us the full monthly cost for the software as if we were live. After much debate in October 2019, iSolved agreed to create a custom timecard report that would show actual punches and rounded hours for free because we are unable to use the new system without it. They began charging us on 7/1/19. They announced the report was ready on 12/13/19, but we were unable to access it. When we asked them about this, they said they would check with the report developer. On 12/31/19 we requested an update. We received a reply a week later that the report was not ready yet. On 1/6/20, our director sent them an email requesting an exact date that the report would be ready and NEVER received a response. On 2/6/20 we requested another update and were told it will take as long as it takes and that they cannot give us any kind of eta. We have been paying for software that we cannot use for almost a year, and iSolved is glad to take our money and they are unconcerned about keeping their promises, providing good customer service, or retaining us as a customer. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unbelievably horrible experience. Do not use iSolved unless you are interested in paying for nothing!

Pretty Straightforward Time Reporting Pros I really appreciate that they have a mobile app to allow me to punch in and out using my phone, and verifying my hours is a piece of cake. Cons I thought that it took quite a bit of time to get used to the user interface. it doesn't flow very well. I also don't like the fact that they don't allow you to just enter a chunk of time on your time card from your phone, you can only punch in or out, which means remembering to do so or having to find a computer to log your time. I also think that they should have a better method of recording what you were doing during said time and reporting that to your supervisors.

Like waiting on unnecessarily long 10-20min phone holds to speak to a rep? 2 business day turnarounds on urgent emails sound like the customer service that you crave?! WELCOME TO iSOLVED.... The least competent payroll provider guaranteed to miss your tax filings and earn you penalties! I echo the sentiments that NO ONE knows what they're doing in this organization! The chain of communication is incredibly confusing.... I'd reach out to the team that I _thought_ I should contact, they would refer me to another team, then when I reached out to the "recommended" team, I received attitude and a rude reply of "I don't know why they would have referred you to me." Well, clearly, neither do I, but sadly, this situation was not an exception. I was finally transferred to the "superstar team" that was going to help resolve my issues and provide me with acceptable service but have proven just as slow on replies. Oh, and BTW... the software doesn't interface with Macs well, a little detail that's not revealed in advance. Oh, and the software has all sorts of other fun glitches... Download the "same" file in .pdf and .cvs form and guess what? The numbers don't MATCH (but if you'd like to contact them, please expect at least 3 days for a reply)!! Oh, and the kicker is that my payroll processing costs have actually gone up.

In terms of the software, the mobile app is incomplete and the features lack compared to other systems we have used in the past. If you run into any issues expect to have to solve them yourself. There is no client facing support from iSolved that is competent or engaging, and they do not answer the phone. Do your homework or you will have to solve everything yourself and say, "isolved"!

RUN! Terrible attitude /rude / cold staff. Staff is confused and not very knowledgeable in their tasks. Our rep, Andrea, did not know the difference between "gross" and "net" payroll. They made HUGE mistakes on our payroll, taking double deductions from all our workers and when we contacted a supervisor we were told WE(?) made the changes to THEIR system. They refuse to take any responsibility for their errors. All we did was upload the form they gave us to complete. Clients have NO ACCESS and CANNOT MAKE CHANGES to their system! But we were blamed for changing their system analytics!! Really!? Although we had to pay them for their "services" we ended up writing the checks by hand and having to mail them out. Our workers were LIVID. In our previous payroll we sent funds of $100K which they stated we needed to resend. We needed to get a loan as they did not send back our initial payroll funds. We ended up paying double for wire transfers while $200K in payroll sat waiting for them to accept. They rejected our funds and made us resend! This firm made SO many mistakes, treated our employees and management with such disrespect, and cost us unnecessary time and money due to their many mistakes. Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn. Look elsewhere for a payroll company and save yourself the agony of working with their unprofessional and rude staff! Still waiting for a call back from their management to straighten out their mistakes.

iSolved bought out my previous payroll company. They have charged my bank account random fees that they cannot provide any documentation for. They failed to file my state returns on time. They don't answer their phone, and they don't respond to customer service requests submitted by email. I'd recommend you stay far away from this company!
