“Stay away from this company! If you were forced to…”
Stay away from this company! If you were forced to switch due to the acquisition of your current provider start shopping now. We were only with them for a few months and they took money out of our account they should not have and will not assist us in recouping our funds. Management is unresponsive to phone calls and emails. They will not be in business long and will probably be investigated. Calling our attorney next. Good luck.

HORRIBLE company! Customer service is a joke. They are unresponsive to emails and calls. Upper management doesn't have any interest in fixing the service issues. We have had MULTIPLE tax issues creating late fees and penalties. We are counting down the days until we are live on a new system.
