"Go to ATS for small/medium size businesses" What do you like best? Easy to use, great user experience. Has some integrations available for other systems. I can’t stress enough how easy the system is to use. I’ve only been using it a month and had zero training, but because it is so intuitive, I learned to use it in a matter of 10 minutes. My managers also find it easy to use. Managers tend to not have time for extensive systems training, so JazzHR is perfect for hiring managers! What do you dislike? Wish there were more systems that partner with JazzHR to allow for better applicant flow. A mobile app would also be fantastic! I travel a lot and being able to check on candidates and take notes on the road would make life so much easier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? JazzHR has given us the ability to track our candidates through the interview process and see feedback from all interviewers.

"A good way to help us improve our recruitment processes" What do you like best? Flexibility in managing Jobs and Candidates associated with each recruitment process. The workflow for each recruitment process are also very flexible and adaptable to our organisation. The plans available that allow us to add more users, as many as we want, it's also a great thing for our organisation, since we have different teams involved in our recruitment processes. What do you dislike? The search could be improved. For example, when searching with Categories it should return results that match to all those Categories combined. JazzHR should also have the opportunity to search within the Interview Guides. We have all of them configured depending on the different stages of the workflow process and it would be great to search on that data.

"Good ATS!" What do you like best? The customer service is excellent. Any time we've had issues or questions, a rep will always get in touch with us to talk us through what's going on. I've even had a rep have to leave our call for another meeting, he did some research on his own to come up with a solution, and we scheduled another call to walk through the ideas he came up with - which worked out really well. There are many ways to customize your workflows, interview questionnaires, positions through categories and departments, resume uploading widget, tagging other team mate options and more. What do you dislike? Some of the reporting options could be better. I have to run several different reports to get basic information that we need for reports on our end. I can gather MOST of the information easily, and we've given suggestions to Jazz to improve the reports section.

"JazzHR makes managing candidates and open positions super easy!" What do you like best? I find Jazz is super intuitive and user-friendly. When I demo Jazz with our clients, it is easy for them to ramp up and get started using the tool very quickly. I find that the user interface is quite modern compared to other ATS systems I have used. I also like that any emails coming from Jazz go directly to my inbox and I can reply from there. In addition to this, you can also see the email history with the candidate. One of the greatest advantages Jazz has is that they have an amazing Customer Success team. You can reach out to them with any questions you have and they will respond promptly with detailed answers. They are quick to respond and if they don't know the answer, they will get back to you with a detailed answer or video instructions. Jazz is awesome! Check out their amazing support page which has step-by-step instructions on almost anything.

We were having prior problems not getting enough applicants, time to hire was absurdly long (sometimes months) and both problems have been solved. We have good applicants and in some cases, it takes less than two weeks to fill a vacancy. Pros The ease of use, ability to automate, ease of access (no weird accounts or software downloads) and the ability to have a good pool of applicants within days. Cons The functionality is a little limited for a large organization, however, I think it's up to us to adapt to the software instead of expecting the other way around.

An essential part of our recruitment process: JazzHR plays a significant role in our recruiting process. We use it to syndicate job postings to relevant job boards, manage applicants, and manage the full interview process. Features like the ability to require applicants to answer questions as a requirement during the beginning of the application process help us to weed out low-quality applicants very quickly. My team can easily store notes for any candidate that they interview and it provides a centralized place to store all of the interactions so that everyone has access to the history of each applicant.

JazzHR Is Easy To Use And Packed With Features My overall experience with JazzHR has been marvelous. They have built a truly remarkable product with features you simply can't find in other ATS applications. Their price is reasonable. Their customer service is thorough and courteous. I highly recommend JazzHR to any company using an ATS. Pros What I like most about JazzHR is that I can advertise my jobs to tons of job boards right from within the application. Cons What I like least about JazzHR is that I had to have a custom integration created to connect it to my automation platform However, the fact that their tech support folks were able and willing to do this for me was fantastic. Now I can push every applicant directly into my CRM.

"No Better ATS Value for SMBs" What do you like best? If you currently don't use an ATS or have hodgepodge'd one together in your existing database, JazzHR will be your new hero. The biggest value-add for our team has been the ability to use templates for most things so we can limit the opportunity for user-error. Emails can be sent automatically or prompted with a "workflow helper" if they need some editing before sending and emails between JazzHR users and candidates are stored in the candidate profiles. The automation is also great. We no longer have to do the back-and-forth with our web team to post jobs or make changes to an existing post--jobs are updated from the JazzHR dashboard and the changes are effective as soon as they are saved. Custom apply links make referring candidates and tracking sources a breeze. My favorite thing about JazzHR, above all else, is the price. We are growing rapidly and it's such a relief to not be paying per user or by total employee count. I have
