Jelastic PaaS offers automatic vertical and horizontal scaling that ensures my application is up and running no matter what the load is. I set up a maximum scaling limit for each container and the system provides the required amount of resources based on actual load. No worries because of traffic spikes, no need to keep tracking uptime and no need in manual scaling setups - everything is automated.

Jelastic allowed us to host and manage our projects in a simple and cost-effective way. Automatic vertical scaling with pay-per-use pricing model helped to reduce our hosting costs by about 30% and, at the same time, to cope with any load spikes without worrying about the limits.
A wide choice of pre-configured stack containers and automated clustering made it easy to get started and not to waste time on time-consuming servers setup. Jelastic UI simplifies an overall management of the hosted projects starting from environment creation, applications deploy and updates up to tracking billing stats and providing different access levels for team members.
Currently, our applications are running on several Jelastic service providers (one in the USA, one in Europe and one in Singapore). This makes us closer to our clients, as well as lets us be compliant with local data protection rules while securely hosting the information inside the required country.

Not only is everything well laid out, but when I have contacted Jelastic to help me due to my own inexperience I have been absolutely blown away. Very fast replies that have been spot on. I use their Magento Cluster solution and really amazed with the e-commerce features: pre-configured automatic scaling, high availability by means of auto-clustering, a unique pay-as-you-use pricing model. At every stage of the process Jelastic were immediately 'on the ball' with their updates and support.
