I have used just about every other chat and support ticket system on the market and Live Agent by far outshines them all. Quality of service, quick response from the support agents and a large list of features that are included in the combined package is part of the the reason they stand out above the crowd. Once they complete the call api and do a little more work with the twilio integration they will not be able to be beat. Thanks LiveAgent.

I have tried lots of help desk and customer service software but LiveAgent is by far the most easy, adaptable, useful aplication you can ever try. No matter what you need, you can do it with LiveAgent. I have set my call center in less than 30 minutes. All is included, telephone, chat, email, web tickets, knowledge base, twitter, facebook. Live Agent is perfect for SMB but as well for big customers and integrators, because they can create call centers on demand for each new project/department with a very low investment compared to the past that was involved hardware, difficult integrations, trainings. I can conclude saying that Live Agent is for me the present and the future of customer service and help desk departments.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I enjoy using LiveAgent. It is truly the BEST desk I’ve ever worked with. In the last 5 years I’ve tried four different platforms and, finally, landed on LiveAgent, where I’ll be staying. I’ve used online help desks as both an agent, manager, and Director of Customer Support and the features, tools, and analytics available in LiveAgent are pretty amazing. As an agent, the ability to use the predefined responses and the Knowledgebase made taking care of our customers a breeze. Anyone who works in support KNOWS how hard that is. As a manager, it was super easy to create and edit new predefined responses and articles, so our public facing information was always up to date, easy to find, and at the ready for staff.In the Director position, I was able to monitor the agents’ productivity all day every day. Being able to compare response times with ticket load, and quantity is wholly invaluable. Plus, it’s intuitive and easy for even the novice to use. Thank you so much from this worker bee who really needed a reliable, stable, easy platform to run a growing department. You are fabulous!
